This page explains how billing works when you use MultiVendorShop, the marketplace app connecting suppliers and retailers on Shopify.
App Subscription Fees
Your MultiVendorShop subscription is billed through the Shopify Billing API and appears on your regular Shopify invoice. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from the Plans page inside the app in your Shopify admin. No subscription charges are made outside of Shopify.
Payments Between Retailers and Suppliers
When a retailer sells a product imported from a supplier, MultiVendorShop automatically routes the order to the supplier for fulfillment. The retailer pays the supplier's agreed wholesale price for the fulfilled items.
These order-related payments and supplier payouts are transactions between two merchants, not app fees, and are therefore processed outside the Shopify Billing API. Payouts to suppliers are settled in EUR. Both parties can review every order, invoice, and payout from the Orders and Payouts pages inside the app.
How to Register
Install MultiVendorShop from the Shopify App Store and complete the onboarding inside your Shopify admin to register as a supplier or retailer. Suppliers configure their payout details in the app under Settings → Payments. No separate account or external service is required.
